Once a project has been initiated and work has commenced, our team invests time, effort, and resources to deliver quality results.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request a cancellation within 24 hours of making a payment, provided the project work has not yet started.
  • After work has begun (research, planning, or design), cancellations will not be eligible for a full refund.
  • For subscription-based or ongoing marketing services, clients must notify us at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle to cancel renewals.

3. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the stage and type of service:

  • Before Work Begins: Full refund (if cancellation is made within 24 hours and work has not started).
  • After Work Commencement: Partial refund may be considered based on the percentage of work completed.
  • After Project Delivery or Completion: No refunds will be provided once final deliverables are shared.
  • Custom or Third-Party Services: Costs related to domain registration, hosting, ad spends, or third-party tools are non-refundable.

4. No Refund Situations

Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Delays caused by client communication lapses or lack of required materials.
  • Changes in project scope or requirements after approval.
  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences after project delivery (design style, content tone, etc.).
  • Services delivered as per agreed terms and scope.

5. Project Termination by Apex Web Zone

Apex Web Zone reserves the right to terminate any project or service in case of:

  • Violation of our terms and conditions.
  • Unethical or inappropriate client behavior.
  • Non-payment or breach of contract.

In such cases, the client will be notified, and any applicable refunds will be processed as per the status of the work completed.
